About the launch

Little Cottontail was probably one of my favorite projects to create as of late! Take classic, modern, and timeless branding and mix it with a children’s boutique?! Count me in!!

As two mothers, Christina and Christine found it exceptionally difficult to find classic, staple pieces of clothing for their children. They both love those beautiful, classic, timeless heirloom pieces that parents can cherish with personalization. They wanted to create a boutique that offered their clients these unique pieces and thus Little Cottontail was created!

They want to provide a timeless curated luxury Children’s brand, where parents can step foot into a local store and find those classic staple pieces without the hassle of the internet. Christine & Christina want to provide items that you don’t  typically see in those big name stores. Items that can be personalized to each client.

The Story Behind the Brand

Christina & Christine signed up for my brand intensive package which is basically a fast tracked brand design. It’s more condensed but still gave them the tools they needed to get their business & brand up and running! One unique thing they also signed up for was help with naming their brand! 

Yes, that’s something I offer! 

After combing through their questionnaire, I crafted a number of unique brand names that matches their ideal clientelle, audience, and also gave them a cute touch to their brand that felt personal and unique!

I came up with Little Cottontail after the rabbit, a cottontail! The cottontail rabbit represents new beginnings, but it also represents the classic children’s novel, Peter Rabbit (who is a cottontail rabbit). I wanted to create a brand name that felt unique & timeless like the products they provide their clients!
